STORAGE
OF SOIL-ROOT-SPORE MIXTURES FROM LIVING CULTURES
OF ARBUSCULAR MYCORRHIZAL FUNGI
Air dried contents of trap and single-species cultures of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi coming from regions of
a temperate climate are stored in 13x9-cm plastic pots and 3x12 cm plastic tubes
in a refrigerator at 4oC. Cultures of tropical or semi-tropical origins are
stored at a room temperature.
